Building Regulations
Firstly, at no cost and without obligation we can provide you with an estimate of the likely costs involved in building the dwelling you have planning approval for. This only takes us a couple of days. If you are happy with the projected build costs we can prepare a fixed price quotation for our comprehensive package service which includes Building Regulations approval, supply of the materials, tendering to proven builders and the back-up of our experienced team throughout the build.

Our in-house team of qualified Technicians headed by our Company Architect will carry out the Building Regulations work, so you can be assured we are in complete control of the process. Once the application drawings are complete we will prepare a specification for you and obtain firm quotations from proven builders to build the house. So before you start building you will know exactly what your costs are going to be.

Design improvements
Our Head of Design, Beverley Pemberton, is one of the leading self-build designers in the industry with many accolades to her name. As part of our service Beverley will assess your design and suggest improvements for your consideration. Beverley always makes herself available to clients to sit down face to face and help you resolve any design issues.

Planning amendments
Should you require any amendments to the existing planning approval then we can incorporate these into the Building Regulation drawings at no extra charge. We will also assist you in discharging the conditions of the planning permission, which you are required to do prior to commencing the build.

Basements and Attics
All self-builders are looking to make the very most of their situation. Basements and attic roofs can provide useful additional accommodation and we can explore the viability and cost of these with you as part of our service.

Materials
Matching the right materials to your design is one of the key areas of self-build. Our Materials Manager, Dan Mutti has 25 years experience of guiding clients through the multiple material choices that are unique to those building their own home. Whichever items you wish to consider Dan can advise you of the cost implications allowing you to make informed decisions.
