Planning Permission
On completion of your Feasibility Study, and when you are ready, we prepare and submit a planning application
on your behalf to your local council. We then monitor the application closely, keeping you abreast of
developments, to obtain a decision in as short a period as possible.

Design Of The Month
Each month we select at random a new design created by our Head of Design, Beverley Pemberton. She focuses
on the clients wish list, the size and shape of the plot, the planning scenario and the available budget and
