In the early stages we advise a feasibility study is undertaken ( click for full description) which in a short timescale provides you with your design, an appraisal of the planning prospects and a realistic projection of your build costs. Planning Permission
On completion of your Feasibility Study, and when you are ready, we prepare and submit a planning application on your behalf to your local council. We then monitor the application closely, keeping you abreast of developments, to obtain a decision in as short a period as possible. (See Planning Permission)

Intelligent Design
Intelligent design allows you the freedom to incorporate all the things you expect from a self-built home: natural light , a sense of space , warmth , peacefulness , comfort and security.

Design Of The Month
Each month we select at random a new design created by our Head of Design, Beverley Pemberton. She focuses on the clients wish list, the size and shape of the plot, the planning scenario and the available budget and combines these key elements into a viable design. See Design Of The Month
